Description This is our re-implementation of the cerebellar model presented in the
following article:

Chapeau-Blondeau F. & Chauvet G. (1991). A neural network model of
the cerebellar cortex performing dynamic associations.
Biological Cybernetics 65, 267--279.

One can set parameters arbitrarily and simulate the network dynamics.

Please notice that this program is independent of the original version
developed by Chapeau-Blondeau and Chauvet (1991).

This folder contains the following files:

readme.txt :: This file

Makefile :: Makefile

delayed_feedback.c :: The source code written in C.

mt19937ar-cok.c :: Mersenne Twister pseudorandom number generator
(http://www.math.sci.hiroshima-u.ac.jp/~m-mat/MT/emt.html)

** Usage

Mossy fiber and climbing fiber signals are defined at the top of the
program. Rewrite them and recompile the program. Then, confirm
that the model Purkinje cells generate the same output specified by
the climbing fiber signals.

Typical usage is as follows:
1. % make
2. % ./delayed_feedback
3. the output of Purkinje cells is printed to stdout.
