Description This content is showing that the computational model of the changes in spine density and structure for differing synaptic inputs. It is demonstrating the effects of these changes on the input-output properties of the dendritic branch. Virtual machine (VM) is automatically booted. Simulation is automatically started on VM and the result are displayed.

Figures in paper are generated and you can view all of figure 1 to 5 by dragging graph windows. It will be taken a long time (about 30min) for simulation.
